Job Description:
Our company is seeking a skilled Floor Plan Administrator to manage all aspects of marine floor plan administration, including UCC searches and lien, wire transfers, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor plan administration and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct UCC searches and lien filings
- Process wire transfers and reconcile accounts
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and floor plans
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Participate in special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in floor plan administration (marine preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UCC searches and lien filings
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
